Special dietary requirements, sports uniform and materials

During the Annual Sports Meet of the College held every year in January/February at Kolkata Maidan, potential sports enthusiasts are identified and nurtured by the College. They are helped in many aspects by the students’ body and also personally by the teachers with necessary counseling, information and requirements. Sports materials for Football, Cricket, Table Tennis, Carom etc. are available. The College has a good football team and the team members are provided with sports uniform and nutritious diets during their practice sessions, usually twice a week, in the Maidan Tent. The College has appointed a football coach, (who had played at the University, Club and State Levels), to look after their performance & dietary requirements.

Other information

Various incentives like travel aids are provided to the students who represent the College in outstation competitions. During the Prize Distribution Day of the College, students who have proved themselves as winners in competitions and meets at the regional/state/national level are felicitated by the college with special medals.
