The Grievance Redressal Cell of Bangabasi College aims at resolving any grievances lodged by the students of this college. The Cell addresses student grievances with an impartial and fair approach. A student has been nominated as a member in the Cell for a proper representation of Students’ issues. Efforts are directed towards making students aware of the process and feel free to lodge their complaints to the Cell. Students can drop their complaints in the drop-box of the Cell. They can also lodge their complaints in the Grievance Redressal Portal of the college. The cell holds frequent meetings to discuss the complaints received from the students and place those before the College authority for necessary action. The cell and the college as a whole try to address and resolve the grievances from the students at the earliest.
